New TotalPass P400 Automated Time Clock

Icon Time Systems announced a new addition to their popular lineup of automated time clocks – the TotalPass P400.

Designed to give small businesses an affordable way to capture efficiency gains by automating time and attendance, the P400 works right out of the box and does not require a monthly subscription.

“This is a time clock for small businesses who want to automate time and attendance with perfect digital accuracy, but avoid incurring additional monthly expenses,” offered Trever Fischer, Product Marketing Manager.

The TotalPass P400 works for businesses up to 250 employees, is Wi-Fi enabled, and powered by Icon Time’s proprietary software, which provides a wide range of functionality.

“During its development, we referred to it as ‘the perfect payroll assistant’ and that kind of stuck,” added Fischer, “because it truly functions that way for a small business.”

TotalPass P400 eliminates the burden of gathering timesheets, transcribing them into the payroll system, and manually approving individual time entries. Employees simply enter their assigned Personal Identification Number (PIN) to clock in or out, capturing a perfectly accurate and legible time record for every punch.

“Many small businesses don’t realize the time or money that they spend using a manual time and attendance system, but the costs are high,” said Eric Leagjeld, General Manager.

The TotalPass P400 allows you to see punches in real time, capture key data, and ensure that you are in compliance with labor laws.
