KB0145: CT-900 Time Recorder – Punch Time on Timecard Does not Match Time on Time Clock D

1. Remove the cover from the time recorder to enter Programming Mode.
2. Press the “+” button until Menu Item 06 (Set the Dipslay Hours Format) appears.
3. The options are 24 (military format) or 12 (12-hour format).
4. Press Enter. The format program setting will flash.
5. If the format is correct, press Enter again. Else, press the “+” button once to change the format and then press Enter.
6. Menu Item 07 will flash on the left of the display.
7. Press the “+” button until Menu Item 09 (Set the Punch Print Format) appears.
8. The options are 00 (military format) or 01 (12-hour format).
9. Make sure you select the same options chosen for Menu Item 06 (Display Hours Format)
10. Press Enter. The format programming setting will flash.
11. If the format is correct, press Enter again. Else, press the “+” button once to change the format and then press Enter.
12. Place the cover back onto the clock to exit Programming Mode.
