KB0023: Error- “Key Column Information is Insufficient or Incorrect. Too Many Rows were Affected by Update”

Solution:

1. Check a printed report or go to the Punches screen and look for duplicate punches for that particular time period.
2. Duplicate punches can include BLANK punch rows without any times or dates entered.
3. Delete these items and run the report again.
4. If the problem persists, there may be corruption in the database. Call Icon Time Systems technical support for further assistance.
