KB0083: TimeVue Error – “Out of User Licenses”
This issue is usually experienced by users with a multi-user setup. Please use the following instructions to correct this problem.
Note: You should always make an archive of your data prior to deleting files.
- Make sure TimeVue is closed on all computers.
- Find the location of the centralized database file (usually a folder on the server). The database file is called datastorage.tvd. In this same folder, locate and delete the file Homer.tvd. This file contains information on previous computers that have accessed the database. This file will rebuild automatically.
- Open TimeVue again. The error should go away.
