Solution:

If the message “ID Temporarily Invalid” shows up on the display, it is possible that someone entered the wrong ID number or tried using another employees ID number at the Handpunch. This usually indicates an ID/hand mismatch. Another employee with a valid ID and hand needs to clock IN at the Handpunch before this error will go away.
