KB0095: IN / OUT Not Flashing at the Clock Display – SB-100 PRO / RTC-1000 Universal Time Clock

Solution:

1. Log into the employee time clock Web page and go to the Settings\Preferences\Device tab.
2. Make sure the Child realtime Time/Date sync and Child realtime data sync check boxes are selected.
3. Click the submit button
4. When the employee punches on the employee time clock, the appropriate IN or OUT option will flash on the display.
