KB0115: TimeVue / TimeSource – Issues Printing Reports

After installing TimeVue on Windows Vista, you may not have access to printer icons or options when creating a report. If this occurs, follow the procedure below:

Solution:

  1. Go to the downloads link and follow the instructions to update the TimeVue software: TimeVue Update Link
  2. Right mouse-click on your TimeVue short-cut and select Properties.
  3. Select the Compatibility tab.
  4. Select the “Show settings for all users” button at the bottom of the compatibility tab.
  5. In the Privilege Level section, select the option to “Run the program as an administrator”.
  6. Click Apply and OK
  7. Restart Windows
