Solution:

This error will occur if you put an apostrophe in the file name. In general, do not use any special characters other than underscores in an archive file name. For example, append the date to the name of an archive: archive011511.arc or archive_01_15_11.arc

This indicates the archive was created and saved on Jan. 15, 2011.
