It is very important to register your product right away. Registration instates your warranty coverage, signs you up for a 30-day free setup support, and ensures that you are notified of the latest software updates (giving new features, bug fixes and enhancements!)

Solution:

1. Log into your TotalPass time clock interface.
2. On the Current Alerts page, select Register Now.
3. On the registration page, complete each of the required fields. 
4. Press Submit. 
5. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. 
6. If you have problems submitting this form or are unable to register for another reason, please contact our support department at 1-800-847-2232 option 1.
