Designed for medium sized companies needing a simple time and attendance system. The HandPunch 2000e verifies employees’ identities in less than one second, based on the unique size and shape of their hands: no cards to create, administer, carry or lose. The HandPunch 2000e connects quickly to the time and attendance PC via Ethernet 10 Base-T (TCP/IP). An optional dial-up high speed modem is available for remote sites.
The HandPunch 2000e have two user-definable data management keys that let you collect data as employees punch. Common uses include department transfers, tips collected, job codes, or pay codes. Multi-level data entry sequences may be defined. Set data management keys to allow employees to review their past punches. To reduce keystrokes, the keys can also be set to automatically enter data such as a frequently used department number or in/out status.
The HandPunch 4000e combines the flexibility of a full-function time and attendance terminal with the sophistication of the most accurate identification technology available. The HandPunch 4000e uses the size and shape of your employee’s hand to verify their identity each time they punch. Eliminating the need to for fingerprints or palm prints.
More than a simple time and attendance terminal, the HandPunch 4000e lets you tailor the system to meet your precise needs. The system provides the ability to send messages to employees when they punch. In addition, employees can view up to 24 information fields to find out about their schedule, hours worked and more.
