Program Description

This program is used to export time and attendance information from either the RTC-1000 or SB-100 PRO universal employee time clock into QuickBooks. To use the QuickBooks export download and run the RTC1000-SB100PRO Quickbooks Export 1.0.8.exe installation file above. Instructions on how to configure the QuickBooks Export will start immediately after the installation has completed or can be accessed by clicking on Start>Programs>Icon Time Systems>QuickBooks Payroll Export>Show the Setup Manual. Before installing the software make sure your current set up meets the requirements below.

Requirements

• Windows 2000 or higher.
• 32-bit operating system.
• The QuickBooks export and QuickBooks must be installed on the same computer.
• QuickBooks must be in single user mode.
• The employee time clock must be connected to the computer or accessable over the network.
