Multi-PC Licenses

Does your company need to access time and attendance data from multiple computers, or even multiple locations? Multi-PC Licenses allow computers to share data across a local area network or a wide area network. When this option is installed, managers can use their own PC to view and edit up-to-the-minute information on who is in/out. Reports can be run at any time to maximize production and minimize overtime labor.

AutoPoll

Would you like the convenience of real-time data, but have heard about the reliability problems of real-time systems? With AutoPoll you can have the best of both worlds. AutoPoll downloads your clock's data automatically while you sleep, and can update data continuously throughout the day. This means your reports are ready for immediate review at the drop of a hat. Unlike real-time systems that fail if any component of the systems breaks Icon Time's AutoPoll updates your data and keeps data safe in the event of a power failure, cable failure, or ever-present problems on your PC.

Virtual Terminal

Do you want to track hours for employees who work on a PC? Perfect for the office environment, Icon Time Systems' Virtual Terminal allows employees to sign-in and out on their PC instead of lining up at a time clock. Virtual Terminal requires no cabling... it uses your existing computer network, eliminating complex installations and saving you money. You can place Virtual Terminal on your host machine or anywhere your network goes.

Job Costing

With Job Costing, the time clock gathers job numbers (from 2 to 9 digits) every time an employee moves from one job to the next. Enter estimated labor and material costs and utilization into the software, and reports will reveal the complete cost for each and every job.

Schedule and Lockout

If your employees work on fixed schedules Schedule and Lockout will allow you to track each employee's attendance history. Schedule and Lockout automatically identifies and records early arrivals, tardies, and absences. Reports can be printed out at any time that shows an employee's complete attendance history. The lockout feature allows you to enable the time clock only during an employees scheduled shift, preventing early sign-ins or late sign-outs that add up to unauthorized overtime.

Access Control

Would you like to have an access control system and a time & attendance system? Now you can have the security of access control with the cost savings of combining it with your time and attendance system. Access Control allows the time clock to activate a door access device (not included) upon a valid in/out-punch. This prevents unauthorized people from entering your facility and documents where and when authorized access was achieved. The software produces a wide range of access reports, telling you who is in and out of your facility at any given time and any attempts for unauthorized access.

A starter kit includes software, and one switch module mounted in a security box for easy wiring to the door latch. Additional switch modules to control multiple access points are available. Access door contacts are rated at 24-120V AC, 3 Amps.

Signal Control

Using Icon Time Systems Time & Attendance Software and Signal Control, you can program bells to ring at the start and end of shifts, meals, or breaks or turn on lights, machines, or security devices. Events can be set for duration in seconds (bells & buzzers), or by the time-of-day (building lights, machinery). You can program up to 35 events per clock. Each clock can independently control up to 8 devices. Contacts are rated at 12-120V AC, 3 Amps. The starter kit includes software, and one switch module mounted in a security box for easy wiring. Additional switch modules are available to control multiple devices from one time clock.
