With the Universal Time Clock product line, Icon Time Systems makes it easy for you to integrate our time clock with other Information Technology systems.

Our Universal Time Clocks are a complete time and attendance system in one unit, the size of a clipboard. There is no external software, no configuration, and no wiring. The time and attendance application, which resides within the clock itself, is accessed using a web browser from the client’s office or securely from anywhere in the world using the Internet with our free-of-charge API.

Partner companies may automatically import time and billing records by:

  • Direct access – via the Internet direct to your own IT application.
  • Email – the RTC-1000 sends email automatically on a set interval or schedule.
  • FTP – the RTC-1000 updates your servers on a set interval or schedule.

Key benefits:

  • The RTC-1000 automates the input of time worked and collecting client approval.
  • External servers are not required. Everything is within the RTC-1000 itself.
  • The RTC-1000 is simple – get started with no client training or installation.
