The Custom Pin is an optional upgrade for the SB-100 PRO 2.5 Universal Time Clock and RTC-1000 2.5 time clocks. Custom Pin allows for greater flexibility and customization with custom personnel fields, custom employee PINS and custom messages at the clock.

Tailor your time clock to track custom information, and display custom messages to your employees.
- Track custom fields by department or employee: Track employee hire date, SSN, or up to 10 other items of your choice
- Custom Employee PIN Numbers — assign PINs (3-9 digits) to employee payroll ID
- Custom messages at the clock, send global messages to employees notifying them of holidays, vacation, or company meetings — allows up to three different employee messages at the clock, and messages for employees that speak other languages

- The customize pack allows you to customize your employee PIN allowing you to assign PINs to employee payroll ID, social security number etc…
- Assign PIN numbers from tree to nine digits in length.
